Topwax-6 Plus is a wax-like solvent-based corrosion protection system designed for protecting cars, agricultural and construction machinery and tools during transport and storage. With good film-forming characteristics, it is practical to apply on all surfaces and penetrates water and moisture. Topwax-6 Plus offers reliable protection in areas prone to rust, such as screw connections, flanges, mountings, etc. The hard, transparent film is effective at keeping off the effects of the weather and environment, such as acid rain, rust film and soot particles, on untreated and painted surfaces. Paints and varnishes get effective
protection against UV radiation. The protective film is easy to remove after the 6-month period of protection, using pressurised water from a conventional pressure washer (e.g. Kärcher, WAB). The water should be at a temperature of 100-120°C and mixed with 2-5% of a petroleum hydrocarbon (cold cleaner).
